Hi. I'm Zack. I enjoy music, design, the internet, and fun people. I have a BA degree in Communication Design from San Francisco State
University. I am on hiatus from my Master of Business Administration studies at SFSU. I've been working at Tickle Inc., a
subsidiary of Monster Worldwide, since Fall of 2003.
One of my roles at Tickle Inc. is as the Associate Product Manager for both Ringo.com and LoveHappens.com. I work closely with operations,
technology and development teams to plan, design and launch projects features and progress the product vision and road map. I manage
audience/traffic development and tracking, trend forecasting, and marketing/product positioning.
Another role I have at Tickle is as a lead visual designer. When wearing this hat I help define long-term user experience strategies,
prototype new product ideas and improve user experiences for the core Tickle Inc. properties: Tickle.com, Ringo.com, and LoveHappens.com.
I also work closely with ad agencies designing and developing custom ad solutions to run on the Tickle Grapevine network which includes
partner sites such as Bebo.com and Hi5.com. I've created ads for top advertisers such as Proctor & Gamble, General Motors, Sony, L'Oreal, and Disney.
I also have the privilege of being the manager of Tickle's Mission & Culture Committee, a team which helps sustain and influence Tickle's business, lifestyle,
culture and work environment. I am also on Monster's Global Employee Engagement Council representing the voice of Monster's Bay Area employees.
